Become a Working Group Coordinator at PAND!

The PhD Association Network of Denmark (PAND) is looking for motivated Early Career Researchers (ECRs), PhDs and Postdocs, to lead our working groups (WGs) as WG Coordinators. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role, contribute to key initiatives, and shape the future of PAND’s advocacy work.

What Does a WG Coordinator Do?

  • Serve as the main link between the WG and the PAND board.
  • Organize and lead WG meetings, setting goals and ensuring progress.
  • Recruit and onboard new WG members to foster active engagement.
  • Oversee WG projects and activities aligned with PAND’s mission.
  • Report updates and key outcomes to the PAND board.

 

Who Can Apply?

  • Any ECR at a Danish university who is passionate about PhD and Postdoc rights, career development, and academic policy.
  • No prior leadership experience is required—just motivation and a willingness to contribute!
