PAND Working Groups
PAND’s Working Groups (WGs) drive our initiatives, focusing on key issues affecting Early Career Researchers (ECRs) in Denmark. These groups unite motivated individuals to collaborate, advocate, and create change in the PhD, Postdoc and research landscape. Each WG is led by a coordinator who serves on the PAND Board to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
Our WGs directly support PAND’s mission by giving ECRs a strong voice at national and international levels, promoting their professional and economic interests, strengthening institutional networks, and fostering collaboration across research communities. Through advocacy, outreach, and knowledge-sharing, our WGs contribute to meaningful improvements in PhD conditions and career development.
PAND supports in-person WG meetings twice a year and provides an online platform for continuous collaboration. Below, you will find an overview of our WGs, their focus areas, and how you can get involved.
