📢 Calling all PAND Members!

Are you passionate about shaping the future of PAND and representing the interests of PhD students across Denmark? Join us for the upcoming General Assembly Meeting where we will discuss key matters and elect new leaders to drive our association forward.

Positions Available:

1️⃣ Co-Chairs:

• Term: 1 year
• Responsibilities: Represent PAND, organize meetings, oversee important topics, and ensure accountability.
• Recurring Tasks: Set up meetings, manage project progress, attend monthly meetings.
• Time Estimation: 2-4 hours per week

2️⃣ Treasurer:

•  Term: 1 year
• Responsibilities: Manage finances, ensure funding, handle reimbursements.
• Recurring Tasks: Check financial situation, mediate with the bank, attend meetings.
• Time Estimation: 60 minutes per month + 120 minutes per month for meetings

3️⃣  Head of Communication and HR:

• Term: 1 year
• Responsibilities: Oversee internal and external communications, develop strategies, create content.
• Recurring Tasks: Develop communication strategies, create informative content, implement recruitment strategy.
• Time Estimation: 60 minutes per month

4️⃣ Head of IT:

• Term: 1 year
• Responsibilities: Maintain website and IT subscriptions, ensure online presence.
• Recurring Tasks: Update website content, manage subscriptions, add news updates.
• Time Estimation: 30-60 minutes per month

📌 Important Information:

• The General Assembly is open to all PhDs enrolled at a Danish University.
• Member associations are expected to participate either in person or online with one representative and one alternate.
• The GA is open to all, but only the representative and alternate have the power to vote.
